At this time, there are no dedicated commuting paths directly connected to the community. The area is primarily vehicle-accessible, with I-35 offering efficient travel in both directions along the San Antonio–Austin corridor.

Prose Evergreen is conveniently located near several significant employers in and around New Braunfels. Christus Santa Rosa Health System and Resolute Baptist Hospital serve the area's healthcare sector. Schlitterbahn Waterpark, HEB, Amazon, Walmart Distribution, Buc-ee's, Costco, AT&T, HD Supply, Ibex Global, and Tesla are among the area's notable employers. There are no additional separate storage units available on-site at this time, however, our community is located up the street from Creekside Storage facilities.
